Meet Jacob
I started working construction in high school and spent years learning different trades through real hands-on job site experience. That work ethic and drive to constantly improve eventually led me to start Young American Handyman in my late 20s.
Today, I bring that same pride, attention to detail, and dependable workmanship into every project — even if the beard’s gotten a little grayer along the way.
In 2023, Jake became a father, blessed with his son Cooper — the greatest role of his life.
He strives to lead by example, showing his son what hard work, integrity, and kindness truly look like.
Even after a long day on the job, Jake is hands-on and fully present — because the moments that matter most happen at home.
He works hard every day to provide a strong foundation for his son’s future.
Guided by the values his mother and role models instilled in him, Jake is committed to raising a respectful, kind, and dependable young man.
